SUPPORT MAVELINADU

At Mavelinadu, we are deeply aware of the power dynamic that exists within the non-profit industry, with dominant castes hegemonising development spaces and NGOs becoming an extension of the neoliberal project.

Therefore, we wish to re-imagine research and movement building in new ways from an Phule-Ambedkarite, queer, feminist and abolitionist perspective. In order to create a space that is non-hierarchical and collectively owned, we want our model to be one of redistribution and mutual aid.

It is our belief that dominant castes must make reparations for the land, wealth and dignity they have stolen from us, and therefore must do their part in funding anti-caste work.
